Six Degrees of Neil (Bacon Sold Seperately)

Cate Gardner started it off with this blog post, and I though it might be fun to explore…
The Six Degrees of Neil Gaiman
He really is the Kevin Bacon of literature, isn’t he? He’s worked in every medium, he knows everybody, and has his fingers in more pies than the fat kid from Our Gang.
OK, using the first image to appear at a random celebrity generator: Nelly Furtado. Who did a song for G-Force. Which starred Bill Nighy. Who just starred in a silent short film directed by…Neil Gaiman.
Pop.
Next: Jamie Lee Curtis, who has starred in a few John Carpenter movies (The Fog, Halloween); Carpenter appeared in an HP Lovecraft documentary in 2008 also including…Neil Gaiman.
OK, now myself…I saw him in person at a reading, but outside of that: I will have a story in the 2010 Hint Fiction anthology, which features, amongst other greats, Peter Straub; Peter wrote the intro for one of The Sandman collections to gush about the talent of his friend…Neil Gaiman.
It’s fun. Try it. Pick a random person, and they’ll probably link to Gaiman somewhere along the line.
